The Timeless Typewriter

Conceptual book design exploring typography This book project was developed as a conceptual exploration of the typeface “American Typewriter” and its historical roots. The content examines the invention of the typewriter and how the typeface is derived from the original machine letters. To visually differentiate topics, I used a two-color palette and incorporated illustrative graphics to make the layout engaging while maintaining clarity. The result is a cohesive, readable design that balances educational content with playful visual elements.
