While the original mark features strong colors and dynamic elements, I found the composition overly complex. My approach focused on simplification; refining the structure, emphasizing the mascot, and creating a cleaner, more versatile identity system. The result is a bold, streamlined mark that maintains the team’s energy while improving clarity and scalability across applications.
